Rabbi Eli Sandhaus serves as the Mesivta Principal at Darchai Menachem and has been part of the Darchai family for over 20 years. Throughout that time, he has been deeply committed to guiding students through the transition from childhood into young adulthood. Rabbi Sandhaus is passionate about helping talmidim develop the confidence and responsibility to advocate for themselves and face challenges directly. He believes that obstacles—whether in school or from a student’s own mistakes—are opportunities for growth, and works with each student to build the resilience and maturity needed to succeed in yeshiva and in life.

Rabbi Shaya Moskowitz is completing his fourth year at Darchai Menachem, bringing with him a strong background in both the business and educational worlds. With experience in real estate development and years of involvement supporting educational organizations, he brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to his work. In his role as Associate Director, Rabbi Moskowitz focuses on strengthening the school’s financial foundation, including developing new funding sources, managing budgets, and exploring both public and private opportunities. His creative thinking and practical approach help ensure that the school continues to grow and better serve its students and families. Earlier in his career, Rabbi Moskowitz was involved more directly in education, including leading general studies programs and running after-school initiatives, where he created engaging, hands-on experiences for students. This blend of experience allows him to approach his work with a clear understanding of both the classroom and the broader needs of the school.

Rabbi Dinerman is focused on making sure every child’s individual needs are understood and addressed. By working closely with teachers and teams, he helps create an environment where staff feel supported and confident, and where students are given the tools they need to grow and succeed.

Rabbi Tsvi Dinerman has dedicated over 45 years to strengthening Jewish education. Before joining Darchai Menachem, he spent decades helping schools and institutions grow and better serve their communities. Since joining Darchai Menachem in 2009, Rabbi Dinerman has played a key role in expanding awareness of the Yeshiva’s unique approach. Through his work, he helps ensure that more children can access an environment where they are understood, supported, and given the tools to succeed.
