Rabbi Vail has been around Darchai Menachem for over 15 years. He started as an assistant teacher, discovering his passion for empowering students, followed by principal and eventually as Executive Director.
Vail traded a future in medicine for a chance to shape young lives. He's committed to building students’ self-esteem and academic achievement.

Rabbi Dovid Marozov has been integral to Darchai Menachem since its very inception, even before it had its name. With a burning passion and love for every student, he played a key role in building the school alongside Rabbi Bension.
His typical day is packed, often containing three days' work. This includes checking in with the exceptional leadership team at Darchei Menachem. Rabbi Marozov cherishes his dedicated team, all united in their commitment to each student. Together, they build a school where every child can thrive.

Rabbi Shaya Moskowitz

Rabbi Shaya Moskowitz is completing his fourth year at Darchai Menachem, bringing with him a strong background in both the business and educational worlds. With experience in real estate development and years of involvement supporting educational organizations, he brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to his work. In his role as Associate Director, Rabbi Moskowitz focuses on strengthening the school’s financial foundation, including developing new funding sources, managing budgets, and exploring both public and private opportunities. His creative thinking and practical approach help ensure that the school continues to grow and better serve its students and families. Earlier in his career, Rabbi Moskowitz was involved more directly in education, including leading general studies programs and running after-school initiatives, where he created engaging, hands-on experiences for students. This blend of experience allows him to approach his work with a clear understanding of both the classroom and the broader needs of the school.

Rabbi Eli Sandhaus serves as the Mesivta Principal at Darchai Menachem and has been part of the Darchai family for over 20 years. Throughout that time, he has been deeply committed to guiding students through the transition from childhood into young adulthood. Rabbi Sandhaus is passionate about helping talmidim develop the confidence and responsibility to advocate for themselves and face challenges directly. He believes that obstacles—whether in school or from a student’s own mistakes—are opportunities for growth, and works with each student to build the resilience and maturity needed to succeed in yeshiva and in life.

Rabbi Yisroel Pekar has been part of Darchai Menachem for 14 years. His focus is on supporting teachers and staff and creating an environment where meaningful learning can take place. Rabbi Pekar works with his team to develop engaging, project-based and creative approaches that help students grow, and partners closely with parents to strengthen the support around each child.

Mrs. Sora Kopfstein, Darchai Menachem's Clinical Director, brings extensive experience to her role. With over 20 years in special education, including 12 as a principal, she’s fueled by a desire to help struggling students blossom. Mrs. Kopfstein fosters collaboration among all providers involved in a student's care, creating a unified plan that ensures everyone is aligned in their approach to the child's education and support. This makes a big impact on the students’ skills being transferred to everyday life.

Rabbi Yehuda Fenton, Academic Director, brings a decade of teaching experience to Darchai Menachem. Now in his fifth year, he's passionate about making the greatest impact through chinuch.
He focuses on curriculum design and creating systems to support diverse learners. To ensure academic excellence, Fenton continuously introduces new programs, data-driven instruction and testing standards. He aims to continue raising the academic bar.

As Clinical Supervisor of the Tomin Program Pinny Nagel is a key part of Darchai Menachem. His career evolved from general education to special education and ABA, driven by a passion for making a real impact on children. Mr Nagel's approach is strengthened by his degrees in special education and school leadership.
On a typical day, Nagel creates student plans, meets staff members and therapists and observes in classrooms. His skill at analyzing and addressing core issues effectively helps the many children

Rabbi Dovid Dinerman is a dedicated special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In his role as Clinical Advisor, he works closely with staff, leading team meetings, observing in classrooms, and helping guide strategies to best support each student. Rabbi Dinerman is focused on making sure every child’s individual needs are understood and addressed. By working closely with teachers and teams, he helps create an environment where staff feel supported and confident, and where students are given the tools they need to grow and succeed.

Rabbi Tsvi Dinerman has dedicated over 45 years to strengthening Jewish education. Before joining Darchai Menachem, he spent decades helping schools and institutions grow and better serve their communities. Since joining Darchai Menachem in 2009, Rabbi Dinerman has played a key role in expanding awareness of the Yeshiva’s unique approach. Through his work, he helps ensure that more children can access an environment where they are understood, supported, and given the tools to succeed.
